Dear Steve Jobs: Bring Matte Back!
Okay, okay. I’m excited about the new MacBook Pro. That is, except for the glossy screen. If you don’t believe me, take a look at the new model outside. Anytime you’re not in a darkened room, the screen acts more like a mirror. A $2500 mirror.
Read this letter to Steve Jobs written by designer Benek Lisefski, published on Design o’ Blog. Too bad Apple doesn’t even offer matte as an option, otherwise I’d at least be tempted to make it my next laptop.

I’m so glad i have a matte screen on my macbook pro – hopefully they will add the option or there will be some aftermarket products in the future.
